		A very straightforward bathroom. The owners wanted the largest tub possible and to maximize what was a very small footprint. We moved one wall to fit a 3' x 7' tub and left just enough room for the basics. We removed the radiator and used radiant floor heat, making productive use of the limited footprint and giving the owners everything they asked for right before their new baby was born.
