		This is a custom design and installation, built to accommodate an architect's portfolio and enhance a meeting room for clients. This room was a tired, old garage and with some creative effort and thought, we constructed "Tom's Retreat." For this discriminating architect, the room needed to showcase his signature style. Although not readily visible from this photo, we used a catalyzed varnish for the finish, which is uniform and consistent, without any build-up and provides a durable lifetime finish. All of the moulding was “biscuited” together with polyurethane adhesives. Integral recessed lighting and two horizontal skylights transformed a gloomy, dark room into a “aerie.”
